The Common Blue is the butterfly of my childhood and the chalk landscapes of north Hampshire.

Conceived as a triptych, these new butterfly paintings on gold leaf can be hung singly or work well as a set.

The artwork is protected with three coats of professional artist varnish to prevent discolouration and to protect against UV light and dust.
